Terms of Service

Orders and payment
You may place an order without registering or signing in. Submitting an unpaid order does not mean payment has been collected or production has started. Review the selected product, size, quantity, delivery information, shipping charges, taxes and final total before authorizing payment. Prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. If a pricing, availability or fulfillment issue prevents us from accepting an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for an order we cancel.

Account access
After successful payment, your order is associated with the checkout email. A new account is created when needed using a securely generated password; account-access instructions are sent through the configured email service. An existing account's password is not changed. Keep account credentials and private order links confidential. You can request a login-email change from account security once every three calendar months; the existing email address must confirm the change.

Custom products and artwork
You are responsible for reviewing your selected size, image placement, text, spelling and design preview before paying. You retain your rights in uploaded artwork and grant us the permission necessary to store, process, reproduce and share it with fulfillment providers solely to produce and deliver your order and provide support. Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Screen previews and physical print colors can vary, but this does not remove your rights when a product is defective or does not match the agreed order.

Shipping, returns and cancellation
Our published Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Read them before paying. You may cancel an unpaid order on its order page. For a paid order, contact support promptly; whether production can be stopped depends on its actual stage. We will explain the available resolution rather than promise a cancellation after production has begun. Your applicable statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

Site use and third parties
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content or interfere with another customer's data. Product links to third-party marketplaces are optional; purchases completed there are governed by that marketplace's payment and order procedures. We may update the store and these terms; the terms presented when your purchase is accepted govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
